For Prints: Please allow up to one week for your piece to be printed, carefully packed, and prepared for shipment. Once on its way, most U.S. orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, unless otherwise noted.

Even better, actually, because it’ll be the real thing! Photography cannot always fully capture the texture, depth, brushwork, and luminosity of an original oil painting or fine-art print.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting.

Shipping terms vary by purchase type. Shipping for fixed-price artwork will be displayed at checkout.
Domestic shipping for original paintings includes professional packaging, insurance for the full purchase value and signature confirmation.
Commission shipping is quoted separately and included in the final invoice. For auction purchases, packaging and shipping are invoiced separately after the auction based on destination. -
Since every piece is customized just for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
However, if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we’ll do our best to make it right. Simply reach out within 7 days of delivery via email (studio@morganmcvay.com) with photos of the item and packaging.

Every order is packaged with care. However, in the off occasion that your purchase arrives and has endured damage during delivery, please contact me within 72 hours: studio@morganmcvay.com
In your email, include your order details and clear photos of the packaging prior to opening (if possible), as well as the damage incurred, so it can be assessed.
We’ll do our best to find a solution together.

Oh no! Sometimes the mail system is unpredictable.
I will do my best to help sort the matter, but once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delays caused by weather, service disruptions, customs, incorrect addresses, or other carrier-related circumstances are outside my direct control.
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual length of time, contact studio@morganmcvay.com and I will help review the available carrier information or begin a claim where appropriate.

Commissions
-
Yes! I love bringing your memory into artform!
Begin by requesting a commission here. A 10% consultation hold is required to begin the commission-planning process by email.
During the consultation, I will review your reference photographs, learn about the meaning behind the place, confirm whether the project is a good fit, recommend a size where appropriate, and establish the final scope, timeline, and price.
The consultation hold does not reserve a studio position or guaranteed completion date.
If you move forward, the 10% consultation hold will be credited toward the total commission price.
-
Absolutely! Commissioned art can be a meaningful gift for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and major milestones.
You may complete the consultation and provide references on the recipient’s behalf.
Because timelines depend on studio availability and oil-paint drying, contact me as early as possible for date-sensitive gifts. A requested date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
-
Commission consultation fees are non-refundable and compensate for consultation and creative planning time. If a commission proceeds, the consultation fee will be applied toward the final artwork price.
-
Your commission is officially booked for me to begin only after:
The commission agreement has been signed
The remaining commission balance has been paid, including applicable taxes and shipping
Once the commission is officially booked, I will officially begin painting it in my studio.
-
After the consultation, I will send the final scope, price, commission agreement, and invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the signed agreement and remaining payment are due within five calendar days of being sent.
-
Due to the nature of work, studio and time commitments, once the commission agreement is signed and payment is made, all payments are non-refundable.
-
One round of minor refinements is included after you receive the near-finished preview.
Minor refinements may include limited adjustments to color, emphasis, or small details. More details can be found during our consultation period.
