  • Since every piece is custom-made just for you, please give our studio 3–7 business days to bring your print to life, package it, and get it ready for your space.

    You'll get the tracking number the second it leaves the building.

  • Once shipped, expect your art to arrive in 3–5 business days (US). International journeys can take a bit longer (typically 1–4 weeks).

    These are estimates—carrier speed is out of our hands, but we get it moving as quickly as humanly possible.

  • Since every print is custom-made just for your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

    However, if your artwork arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective—we will absolutely help to make it right.

    Simply email clear photos of the defect and the shipping box to morganmcvayart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will promptly send a brand new replacement, on the house.

  • If your art arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective—anything that isn't absolutely flawless—we will absolutely send a brand new replacement, on the house.

    To receive a replacement, report the flaw to morganmcvayart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

    Please include clear, high-resolution photograph(s) of the defect and the shipping box; this is how we process your replacement order promptly.
